This personal coaching program runs over 6 sessions in person or online.

We lead horse guided coaching sessions in the paddock with a herd of horses at liberty with individuals and leadership teams. This is a very experiential executive coaching program that is designed to create profound insights for personal growth and building effective collaborative teams.
All activities are from the ground, no riding experience required.

Our Founder
Rania has over 25 years of experience in global strategy and leadership development and have empowered many leadership teams to create winning and sustainable 5-10yrs growth strategies as well as embrace transformational leadership behaviours. Rania has led and facilitated over 20 significant strategy projects globally and have coached many highly engaged and very inspiring leaders.
